It's coming, Judy. As much as we all love paper books, their day is done. I liken what's happening to my early days of writing. If you enjoyed a Slade book then, you'd write a letter and mail it to one of my publishers, who would send it to New York, where the letters would be gathered up and sent to me in a bunch, and I would write back about three or four months after you wrote.

Now, you go online and we talk in real time.

Paper books go out of print in the blink of an eye. As bookstores close, it gets harder to find what you want. But an e-book is available anywhere and never goes out of print.

So, it's coming...but it must be done right. Make the wrong move, and you're committed for the rest of your life.

Im not unless Slade will have them on here on the forum or website so I can read them on here due to the fact I do not have any type of e-reader nor a cell phone I would rather goto COLES or Chapters to buy the book from Slade or Stephen Hunter or Hunter S. Thompson since that is the only way that I can do so and since E-readers are expensive I would rather buy the hardcover or paperback version of any novel Slade may write.

I know it makes economic sense..

But what about PDF files we can print out, and use our ink up with..

I for one will howl mightily at the moon, when a Slade book comes out in e edition only..

Many many moons ago a met a member of a band I really liked. I asked him to sign a dollar bill I had, which I put in a frame (much like you might see a company do with their first dollar earned) and hung on my wall for abit. Then I lost some belongings along the way including my framed lucky dollar bill

It can be changed if I edit a few files. The change was made for phpBB 3.0 in order to adhere to the XHTML 1.0 standard, or so they say.
