As heard in Stand by Me, one of the better films from a Stephen King book. Not sure but it might be from the same book that started with Shawshank Redemption, and ended with Apt Pupil. From the sublime to the ridiculous.

Cool covers Pohlse.

I didn't forget or give up on Swastika. I got a last minute web design job that has me occupied right now.

Give me a couple days and I'll get back to completing the set.

Oh, nice one PohlSE! I like (what I think is) smoke coming off the branding thing.

As for Headhunter ~ I would have voted for no. 2. Even after looking more closely at no. 1, my brain still wanted to go the question / answer, question / answer route than looking at it more closely. I just think that she needed to look more dead to take away from my one track thinking. :)

Yes that is smoke.

I didn't want it to be too thick or it would have obscured the look of disdain the face had.

My daughter keeps insisting that it's hair not smoke...

Isn't the Nazi swastika the othe way round?? I mean, the pole holding the brand should be on the fore side of the swastika, init?

I see what your saying about the branding iron needing to be reversed but... maybe he's looking in a mirror... yeah! that's the ticket!

On the tee-shirt front:

In thinking about tee-shirt designs I keep falling on the college tee's everyone wears... And until I get that out of my head I'll never be able to move on. Plus it lets me dip my toes into this project before I dive in head first.

So here are a couple of experiments:

For a black shirt,

For a white shirt,

Remember that these are just five minute experiments, don't be too judgmental yet...

They should say .NET, shouldn't they?

I like your comics covers!

I like Shirt # 3 (black), with the "pocket design" in white and red on the back.

If you decide to make a shirt out of it, and use the zazzle site that was mentioned in the other thread, make sure you use the "advanced options" and unclick the 'show whites as transparent' button.

I took into account the color of the shirt in the black background, so the white of the pictures is important.

I dig many of those shirt designs. Especially the University shirt design. It so could be deceived as being a real formal type wear and yet its Special X in disguise.

I like the picture with the hair over the eyes as the X. But sorry the bloody knife needs some touches to make it more eerie (imo).

The bloody hand print design is sweet.

Very cool efforts. Can't wait for them to be available.
