Slade Art update

Sladists are media maniacs...I mean lovers. Movies, Books, Music & Sports are all here.

I like the picture with the hair over the eyes as the X. But sorry the bloody knife needs some touches to make it more eerie (imo).

The bloody hand print design is sweet.

Very cool efforts. Can't wait for them to be available.

I'm in the middle of putting a brochure project to bed so I can't do any real special x designs right now. I'll get back onto those in a few days.

As far as being available goes for anything Slade or special.x related I'm not going to post them in my zazzle store, my zazzle store will contain no special.x designs or logos. I'll just post the image link here and everyone can grab the image for themselves and construct a shirt.

The reason for this is that no one is to be pulling a profit on these Special.x shirts. So basically I'm making the designs public domain for people to make a shirt just for themselves.

Ok...

The ground-up redesign of Stevepohl.com is finally complete and online.

There should be no interference with the function of the SladeArt site but if someone should detect something let me know and I'll address it.

Also, clicking on a sponsor ad or two would be immensely helpful...

Anyway, the point of this is to say that I will now be able to get back some SladeArt designs, both digital and shirt. And I'm also thinking that I may just add the SladeArt shirts to my zazzle store, it's easier than all the uploading, posting and linking.

I'd like to hear what you guys think...

Clearance has been authorized...

Files declassified...

The Red Snow vault has opened...

....

Ok, it's a lot less dramatic then that; a bunch of new Red Snow images are online at SladeArt!

Including the *real*completion of the comic cover series and constructivism series:

Is there a particular place to submit fan art?

Ok that image for at Death's Door was amazing. Reminds me of work ala Travis Smith/Dave McKean. That is the sort of imagery I wish I could learn how design. Must take a lot of work to organize which images/brushes to do when creating such images.

Very cool work though man. Keep it up.

Oh and designing shirts would still be very cool idea.

Funny thing about that image; I put it together almost two years ago and just left it sitting in the computer. Yesterday I was looking for a different file I had been working on (still can't find it) and came across that one and decided to post it.

@Andy,

Just email me the image file or post it on an image sharing site and send me the link and I'll get the image up asap.

Here's a Daz Studio project I started a couple of months ago, while reading Primal Scream. Just took a notion to finish it. The Headhunter's mom in a postcard you'd never see in stores. The dungeon set, candles and sconces are all completely original. Susannah is played by Victoria 4 in an original character morph. The clothes (not as revealing as I actually imagined, but I wasn't out to show any nudity) are from a few different collections, altered and retextured by me.

I think it turned out pretty well, but it's not something my typical customers would like. Glad there is a fan art site where people can enjoy it.

Maybe I'll try giving Mephisto the same treatment.

Andy C,

We obviously have a major new talent at SladeArt. That image will go into the HEADHUNTER Morgue drawer this weekend. The RIPPER drawer - it's a good one - is in finishing stages.

Keep the images coming.
