I like you're shark picture, by the way. I bought a shark picture, one I have always wanted. And I thought I had posted that the other day but it is not here. So I shall do it again!
For years I said I was going to buy this and so I finally did. It has just arrived tonight and it is beautiful!

Hmmmmmm . . . I wonder what was scaring it enough to make it breach??? Since it didn't have anything visible in it's mouth . . . I had to make the assumption that something was chasing IT.

Here's a random thought, forgive me if it's been said before

Mr. Slade have you ever considered a fan influenced novel (except Shrink of course ha,ha) ? I mean like using ideas that fans could say to you, for example i would like to see a kung - fu killer type psycho, again apologies if you already HAVE done that

Mine would be a six part serial novel..
Published every couple of months..
Starts and ends with a cliffhanger to leave you wanting more..

And all bets are off as to who lives and who dies..

And ending in a courtcase of somebody who you have yet to meet J.B.
With locked room mysteries that aren't solved and left to the reader to work out..

But it will never happen..
Not with the mainstays..
Or will it....

Actions taken from last meeting:
1. Election of above persons to Board of Guild of Fairness

All agreed by unanimous vote that all should be elected to B.o.G.of.F

2. Report from Police Chief Deputy Ray Jackle regarding disappearance of Mayor Finkle, Deputy mayor, Mr Grundy, candlestick maker, Deputy deputy mayor, Mr Butcher, the butcher, and Junior deputy deputy mayor Mr Baker, the baker.

No new information or evidence of the where abouts of the above persons.. Enquiries on going.

3. Date to be set for election of town mayor, unless mayor, or deputy mayor, or deputy deputy mayors re appear..

Date to be confirmed by secret ballot / meeting.. next week at the Bull and Banana in town..About 8 pm ish.. (happy hour woo hoo!!)

4. Talk by D. T. regarding home security from oompah loompah ninjas.

The board thanks Mr D. T. for the above alert. Next talk to be scheduled by Mr D. T.

5. Discussion regarding funding of interim Board of Guild of Fairness until said time as mayor is elected.

Discussed, ad hoc finance retrieved from town hall finance / slush fund. See 8 below.

6. Discussion by Ginger Setters about why it cannot be a mayoress..

Points raised by Ginger will be fully documented, and noted for future reference, maybe.. well she is a gurly..

7. Discussion by Ginger Setters regarding publishing of minutes of said meetings..

To be continued at another secret meeting, that will not be minuted.

8. Discussion by Tim Darling about treasurer position to oversee allocation of funding.. Assisted by Ginger Setters.

After a full and frank discussion with many view points put forward, vehemently. It has been decided by Tim Darling that he should be treasurer, assited by assistant to the treasurer Ginger Setters.
Wilks has been voted as chief grand high pooh bah treasurer, and must have his signature on any cheques, and his explicit permission before funds are used from the town hall / slush fund / B.o.g.of.F funds.
It must be noted that two of the board members expressed there unhappiness at WIlks being the ultimate overall in charge personage in charge of funding. Names with held to protect the innocent, the helpless, and those that need help from outside the law... mainly from a shrink.

what time is your alarm set for? do you snooze?once? twice?do you lie awake and wait for it? do you lie awake and finally say , "what the heck and just get up and start the day anyway? do you not even use an alarm and get up withing a few minites of the same time every day ? do you cheat? is your alarm clock set for a different time than the clock that you actuallly have to pay attention to ?

ps. my pet project is to get a bumper sticker made up that says.." LEAVE EARLIER".

I usually wake up between 4-4.30am. Most days I manage to go back to sleep until my alarm clock goes off at 5:25am. That gets turned off as it's loud, and annoying, and I have time to wait for the alarm on my phone goes off at 5:42am. I try to only allow myself one snooze, as I need to get up to give my cat his medication.

Went out for a walk in the afternoon, and by the aromas wafting around in the air it was obvious that people be grilling today.

One of my favorite "outdoor aromas" is when it's just cool enough that you can tell people have their fires going, and you can smell the wood burning from the chimney's.

Random thought.... it's around the 7th Anniversary of when the SpecialX website went back up (got fixed? rebooted?) and many of us signed up / started fresh. It seems strange to me that I've known many of you for 7+ years!
